When I’m not in the office, I enjoy the outdoors: camping, kayaking, biking, and fly fishing. The variety of seasons in the Midwest and the landscape of the Coulee Region create many opportunities for me to tend to my own mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

My wife Sandy, who is a professional coach and consultant, and I have shared a private practice since 2017.

We’ve been married for over forty years. We’ve partnered in parenting four amazing adults and now in grandparenting eight beautiful kids as Bapa and Mimi.

Together, we’ve renovated seven homes with another on the horizon. The process of taking houses that others disregard or overlook and creating a home where people can experience a sense of retreat resonates with our passion of restoring, renewing, and offering hope to those we serve in our work.

My practice is built on a Christian foundation of kindness and compassion for all individuals, regardless of their faith background. I have personally found a grounding hope in my faith that has sustained me through difficulties, offered wisdom when worry surfaces, and given me courage to try new things. For those who desire the integration of spiritual healing and peace into their sessions, I am happy to offer faith-based resources and content in our sessions.
